Yes, we did it! After two years of developing the app, fundraising and finding a bus operator as our partner, we are finally up and running. We couldn’t be happier about it! For our official launch, we chose Arlon-Luxembourg/Kirchberg as our main route. Depending on demand, we will progressively be extending our routes on offer in or around Luxembourg.
Booking
You can easily book your ride via our mobile application. It is available in the Google Play Store and the Apple Store. Quickly create your personal account in a few steps, type in your home and work address, book your ride from home to work and pay-as-you-go with your credit card.
Schedule
Kussbus is a service dedicated to commuters. So Kussbus is only available on work days from Monday to Friday and will not be available on public holidays in Luxembourg.
Kussbus runs in the mornings from 7:00 to 9:00 am (time of arrival at work).
Kussbus runs in the evenings from4:00 to 8:00 pm (time of arrival at home).
Pricing
The price of your journey will depend on the direct distance of your commute, not on the number of fellow passengers nor on the route Kussbus takes to pick up the other passengers. The Kussbus app will tell you the cost of each journey before you confirm your booking. Kussbus will be substantially cheaper than your daily commute with your car, even though it offers a door-to-door service. This is made possible by sharing your ride with other commuters. In comparison, imagine how much you spend every day for petrol and parking, not to mention the total additional costs of your car (30-40€/100km).

Utopian Future Technologies SA uses Freshdesk and Freshchat from Freshworks as a customer relationship management service. By contacting us via Chat, Mail, Facebook, Twitter, or phone we create a customer ticket to be able to keep track of our conversation and make analyzes to improve our customer service.

In order to use our application we have the need to verify your data what we do by sending a verification code by SMS. We use the Textbelt service to verify your phone number.
Regarding the payment of the Kussbus service, we work with Stripe.
